Facilities: Conditioning Track

The conditioning track is one half mile long and was designed and constructed to meet all the needs and requirements of a professional thoroughbred facility. You and your horse’s safety is of paramount importance to us and this track will provide the best footing possible. Both you and your horse will enjoy your time on this track as it is a change of venue and is a great stress release for your horse that is accustomed to repetitive arena work.

The infield consists of a 10 acre vineyard and there are olive groves planted on both ends of the track. The farm rolls and grooms the track on a daily basis to maintain its beauty and usability.
